1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.nonetwomany.com ("Website", "Platform") and the purchase of products from it. The Website is owned and operated by None Two Many Clothing LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, having its LLPIN ACS-7204 and registered office at 3rd Floor, Status Plaza, Vadodara, Gujarat, India ("None Two Many", "NTM", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you ("user", "customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms are published in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this Website and place orders. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

3.1 You may be required to create an account to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@nonetwomany.com of any unauthorised use.

3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used fraudulently.

4. Products, Pricing & Sizing

4.1 None Two Many sells women's inclusive-sizing apparel. Product descriptions, images, sizing charts, and colours are provided in good faith; minor variations (screen display, fabric batch, hand-finishing) may occur and do not constitute a defect.

4.2 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time your order is placed.

4.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure stock and pricing accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error-free. In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance

5.1 Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email/SMS acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the product(s), confirmed via a shipping notification.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms, and will refund any amount paid for such orders within a reasonable time.

6. Payments

6.1 We accept payments through the payment methods listed on the Website at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery where offered), processed via our third-party payment gateway partner, Razorpay Payments.

6.2 We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials; these are processed directly and securely by our payment gateway partner(s) in compliance with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards.

6.3 Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is not available for orders above ₹5,000. COD orders may be subject to additional verification.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 We ship pan-India through our logistics partners (including Shiprocket, NimbusPost, and XpressBees as primary courier).

7.2 Shipping charges: Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,500; a flat ₹100 shipping fee applies on orders below ₹2,500.

7.3 Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and communicated at checkout/order confirmation; delays due to courier, weather, regional restrictions, or force majeure events are outside our control and we shall not be liable for such delays, though we will assist in tracking and resolution.

7.4 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

8. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

8.1 Returns & Exchanges: Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. A product is not eligible for return/exchange if: the anti-tamper ribbon is not intact or has been tampered with, the item has been washed, worn, or sprayed with fragrance/perfume.

8.2 We offer free reverse pickup for eligible size exchanges/ returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Returns back to the original mode of payment must also be made within 7 days of delivery, and a Rs. 150 reverse logistics charge will be incurred by the customer. All exchanges and returns are subject to passing quality inspection and check at our warehouse, subject to the discretion of None Two Many Clothing LLP.

8.3 Refunds: For prepaid orders eligible for a refund, we process cash refunds to the original payment method within 7 days of the returned product passing quality check at our warehouse. Refund timelines to reflect in your bank/card statement depend on your bank/payment provider.

8.4 We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange that does not meet the above conditions, in which case the product will be shipped back to you.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Website — including the None Two Many name, logo, trademarks, product designs, photography, graphics, text, and layout — is the exclusive property of None Two Many Clothing LLP or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

9.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code; (c) attempt unauthorised access to our systems; (d) scrape, copy, or resell our content or products without authorisation; (e) post false, defamatory, or infringing reviews or content; (f) impersonate any person or entity.

11. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments (including via social media tags), you grant None Two Many a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, None Two Many Clothing LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased, except in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless None Two Many Clothing LLP and its partners/employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

14. Third-Party Links & Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (payment gateways, logistics partners, analytics, marketing tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, courier disruptions, or technical failures.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 18 below, courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Consumers may also approach the National Consumer Helpline, the Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the e-Daakhil portal, as applicable.

19. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and None Two Many Clothing LLP regarding use of the Website.
